Of course, we know how excited you will be to share some of your special day with family and friends, that’s why we will always send you between 5-10 edited photos within 48 hours of the wedding. These can be sent directly (WhatsApp etc.) or accessed on your private online gallery

Yes, we have public liability and professional indemnity insurance. These can be provided on request should your venue require a copy.

Mercia Media retains the copyright of all photos and videos and therefore license you to print, share and copy them for friends and family – you are just not allowed to use them for commercial gain without prior agreement.

This can vary between weddings. Every wedding is unique, and this can reflect in how many photos are provided. Typically, a half-day wedding (approx. 4-6 hours) we would expect between 200-250 edited photos. For a full-day wedding (approx. 8-10 hours) approx. 500-700 edited photos will be provided.

Absolutely! We only recommend this as we want you to feel comfortable you are booking with the right photographer.

If you decide to book, we will take a small deposit (10%) to secure your date – this is usually taken via bank transfer (receipt/invoice provided once received). Your booking will then be added to the schedule and remaining payment will be due one week before the wedding.

The package covers from Bridal preparation up until just after first dance (approx. 8-10hrs), if you want to arrange for additional time to capture part of the evening reception this can be discussed. Also, if your wedding is an intimate small (shorter hours) affair a bespoke package can be arranged.
